AFC do Gabi do Brazil…

Gabriel, Gabi Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus…3 Brazilian starters at AFC, 3 international Brazilian players, 3 exciting players…Edu bringing exciting Brazil to AFC after the early mishaps with Luiz and Willian…

Now let us see what Marquinhos has to offer too…

Yesterday, Gabriel Jesus scored a quick double and could have had a hat trick. Promising start by our new Nr. 9 – I liked his ability to get to the ball (crosses/passes) and to finish the chances provided to him.

Whenever El Neny scores, he scores wonder goals…what a strike yesterday!

We conceded goals but we fought back but let us remember that we need to shore things up…When we started playing exciting football last year, sometimes we lost our defensive shape and this cannot happen this year. We need to improve our game without the ball. For the rest, we have the players to create chances and hopefully score them now.

Remember sanogo scored 4 in preseason

  2. RC78 says:

True Fred…but Jesus has a decent record in the EPL unlike Sanogo

  3. RC78 says:

How did Marquinhos play by the way? Apparently Lokonga had a howler…

  4. LBG says:

Lokonga was isolated in a non- existent midfield with no cohesion. Not a howler!

Rc78 am sure LBG would have a decent record if je played for city

Even sanogo might have a decent record if he played there also lol

AMN looking good from what I saw hope he ready to fight for the badge

  7. RC78 says:

I d be happy to see AMN stay.

  8. LB says:

Wooo, so much to get excited about.

VP, thank you for you encouragement, I finish at the Mexican border, just in case you wondered.

Partey seem to have some legal issues but should be sorted soon cause it seems it was fabricated

  10. VP says:

I am very excited that AFC are going full brazilian
I also plan to buy a Jesus shirt simply because of my catholic upbringing. Arsenal & Jesus in 22/23 will be a great season to watch.

LB, truly amazing what you are doing. How are you selecting your routes? Or do you have a compass attached to your handlebars and just ride south.

Thank you RC78 for the ongoing content.

Fred, comparing Sanogo to Jesus really made me chuckle.

The Alex Grimaldo rumours seem to make sense if as seems likely we’re losing out on the Martinez contest and €7m is certainly more cost effective (assuming of course that he’s decent)…

That’s interesting Fred as I’ve just read that it was all a set up and that there is no evidence regarding Mr X of Barnet…

Thanks as always to the Queen of arsenalarsenal.net Jo ” Peaches” for sorting out the frozen site.
Wanted to ask a question (to anyone who has not seen the article!), who do you believe was the most used as a player in the Wenger era?

  15. Mike M says:

    Cesc?

  16. LBG says:

Hi Mike, good to see someone alive on the site, and clearly I stimulated much thought with my question. Can’t put the article up myself, but to my amazement the answer by quite a long way was Theo Walcott
